About Us
My passion for food started at young age, watching my grandmother in the kitchen. Coming from a large family, food was always the centre of each gathering. Whether it was baking or cooking, with my grandmother there was no measuring involved. All the recipes seemed to be stored in her mind somehow.
In my teenage years, my passion for food grew even more and I started to become more experimental with flavours and textures. Making connections and gaining experience from all around the globe – USA, Caribbean, Asia, France, Africa & Spain. Exploring different cultures, traditions, and techniques as inspiration for creating fusion dishes and bespoke menus.
The creative element of the business was encouraged by my mother. She has an impeccable eye for attention to detail and thrives off brainstorming new, innovative, and creative ideas to grow the business. She has done a tremendous amount of work behind the scenes.
Since starting CHEF CHYNA UK, the business has grown incredibly. I’ve had the pleasure of traveling all around the UK and abroad to providing quality dishes made from scratch. For the future, I look forward to gaining even more experience and knowledge about food, drink and hospitality.
